2.Role of Info Lumière and hardware sales
Info Lumière markets and invoices the subscriptions giving access to the Beosigner CRM and the related digital services.
Beosigner equipment and hardware are sold separately by Vitarights Innovations GmbH, Bussardweg 3, 41468 Neuss, Germany, Amtsgericht Neuss HRB 21527, VAT DE315072869. Hardware purchases are therefore subject to Vitarights Innovations GmbH’s own contractual and commercial terms, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.Hosting
The application is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (United States), which also stores the files uploaded by users.
The database is hosted by Neon, Inc. in a data centre located in the European Union.
Emails are sent by Resend, Inc. (United States), under appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
4.Personal data
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the Beosigner CRM is described in the Privacy Policy available from the application.
That policy sets out, in particular, the categories of data processed, purposes, legal bases, recipients, any international transfers, retention periods, security measures and the procedures for exercising rights under the GDPR.
5.Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated:
- the trademarks, names, designations, visual identity, brand content, graphic elements and visuals relating to Beosigner, Freeonic and the BeoKeys are owned by Vitarights Innovations GmbH or used with its authorisation;
- the structure, architecture, code, interfaces, features, user flows, specific developments, the Beosigner CRM and the landing pages developed by Laurent Vandebotermet are owned by Laurent Vandebotermet, subject to third-party components, libraries or content;
- access to the CRM does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user. The user only receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the subscription, in accordance with the applicable contractual terms.
Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, adaptation, distribution, decompilation, substantial reuse or exploitation of all or part of the service or its content is prohibited, subject to exceptions provided by law.
6.Credits and third-party data
Where the service uses geographical data from GeoNames, those data are used in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0).
Any third-party components, libraries or content remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
7.Applicable law
This service is operated from Belgium. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, this Legal Notice is governed by Belgian law.
